The Benefits of Social Media

Branding, Community, Customer Service, Website Traffic and SEOAside from massive traffic on social media, it’s a perfect platform to build relationships and trust.

You don’t have to be everywhere if you don’t think you can manage all the accounts. Open an account if you plan on being engaging and posting regular, relevant updates. Not all social platforms will work for you, just try them and you will be able to tell what’s working.

One thing to remember is that all of these Social Media sites are just the tools. It is us, the people, who make this tool work. Knowing what works and what doesn’t will benefit your business and save your time! Stuart J. Ellman said it best: “Social Media and Technology are not the agents of change. They are just tools. We the connected people are the agents of change.”

I can get you started with graphics and the fundamentals of social media. I can also help when you need to verify your site with Pinterest and Twitter, embedding social feeds onto your web pages, adding apps to your Facebook page, social sharing on your site, etc.
